The strong and cheesy taste of Gorgonzola goes really well with asparagus. The Mascarpone makes it deliciously creamy. From now on this tarte is definitely one of my favorites!
For a quadratic tarte (20x20cm) you will need:
♥ 250g green asparagus
♥ 250g Gorgonzola
♥ 150g Mascarpone
♥ 30g (2 tablespoons) sour cream
♥ 2 eggs
For the crust:
♥ 150g flour (1 glass)
♥ 75g butter
♥ 2 egg yellows
2. In a meantime combine cheese with eggs and cream. At first I use a fork and then just a whisk.
3. Pour the cheesy batter into the baked crust and decorate with asparagus.
4. Bake for around 30 min (until the cheese get a little bit golden).
