Avocado & Sun-Dried Tomatoes Paste

Takes only 3 minutes to prepare. This Avocado & Dried Tomatoes Paste is healthy and full of flavor! Perfect for a breakfast or an evening snack. :)

You will need:
♥  1 ripe avocado
♥  4-6 pieces of sun-dried tomatoes
♥  2 tablespoons of cream cheese
♥  pinch of pepper
(I didn’t need any additional salt because my tomatoes were already salty)

1. Put all ingredients into a bowl. Blend everything together.
2. Serve with a baguette or your favorite bread.
