Pepper sauce for steaks
I wrote you already about my favorite steaks, now its time for the delicious pepper sauce!
After preparing your steaks, there is always some meat juice in the frying pan. You can use it to prepare a simple sauce that will make your meal even more savory!

Sauce for 3 around servings:
– 200mL cream (eg. 12% of fat)
– 125mL milk
– 1 teaspoon corn starch
– 1 spoon of soy sauce (we used the dark one which makes our sauce brown)
– 1/2 teaspoon freshly ground pepper
– pinch of salt
1. When your steaks are done, wrap them in the aluminum foil and put them on a side (in a warm place).
2. Put the frying pan on the side (so there is no heating for now).
3. ad the corn starch to cold milk and stir it well.
4. Add milk with corn starch, cream and soy sauce on the frying pan.
5. Put the pan back on a medium hot stove top. Add pepper and stir all the time until it starts to boil. The corn starch will make it thicken once it’s boiling!
6. All in the end open the aluminium foil with steaks and pour the juice to the sauce.
7. I love it with rare steaks and purée (on the picture below: potato-carrot purée)
