Vanilla Pudding with Berries and Syrup
Vanilla pudding is definitely one of my comfort food! It is simple to prepare, light and smells so nice! I love it with fresh berries (eg. raspberries or blueberries) and fruit syrup.
I also like another version of the vanilla pudding: with rum and chocolate flakes!

For 2 portions:
♥ 500mL of milk
♥ 2 spoons of potato starch
♥ 2 egg yellows
♥ 1,5 spoon of homemade vanilla sugar (or normal sugar)
♥ raspberries and raspberry syrup for decoration
Preparation time: 15min.
1. In a bowl mix the milk with sugar and potato starch. Then integrate the egg yellows.
2. Pour the mix into a hot sauce pan (I like to do it in my Teflon Wok because afterwards it is easier to wash ). Bring to the boil on medium heat while stirring all the time. As soon as it gets hot it will thicken.
3. Serve with Raspberries (or other fruits of your choice) and raspberry syrup. Enjoy ♥
ooooh I love vanilla pudding!! Do you think I can make it with almond or soy milk?
I have never tried but it definitely should work! The potato starch can thicken everything you want 😛 It might be really delicious with soy milk! I will try it soon! (btw. Lovely blog you have! 🙂 )
Simple and yummy! I am a big fan of puddings 🙂
Hi,
is this supposed to be eaten warm or cold? Sounds great!
During winter I eat it warmish (not super hot but still warm). But for hot days it is perfect from the fridge! 🙂
