Spinach with Bechamel sauce
Delicious, green and healthy. This is a perfect side dish or a evening snack!

For 2-3 portions:
♥ 25-30 medium size spinach leaves
béchamel sauce:
♥ 1 spoon of butter
♥ 1 spoon of flour
♥ 150ml of milk
♥ 1/2 teaspoon of nutmeg
1. Blanch spinach leaves (put them to a boiling water for 1min). They will become much softer, which will make rolling easier!
2. Put 2 leaves together and roll them. Roll next to roll put them to an ovenproof dish.
3. Follow THESE INSTRUCTIONS to prepare the béchamel sauce.
4. Pour the bechamel over the spinach rolls.
5. Bake at 180’C for 20-25min. Enjoy! 😀
