15 minutes Breakfast Recipe: Oatmeal with Applesauce & Cinnamon
Oatmeal is a healthy breakfast solution. It is full of fibers and iron.
Here I propose the Autumn/Winter version: with Applesauce, Honey and a touch of Cinnamon and Cardamom.

For 1 portion you will need:
♥ 4 tablespoons oatmeal
♥ 200-250ml water
♥ 1 teaspoon of honey
♥ about 3 tablespoons of applesauce
♥ 1/3 teaspoon of cinnamon (or Agave Syrup)
♥ pinch of cardamom
1. In a little saucepan cook the oatmeal in water for about 7-10min. In a bowl, mix the cooked oatmeal with a same volume of applesauce. Add spices and honey. Stir everything well. And it’s ready 🙂
What a great idea to add apple sauce into oatmeal. It’s healthy and adds a bit of sweetness. I’ll have to try it for breakfast soon!
