Hummus Feast (VIDEO)

Hummus is a healthy, protein-rich snack, great for both kids and adults. Here I will show you three different ways how you can easily make it yourself. I will start with classical hummus, then I will show you this most beautiful, vibrant pink beetroot hummus and in the end my absolute favorite: Hummus made with pumpkin, cumin and maple syrup. Have it with some veggies or a nice bread and you have an easy, healthy snack ♥

INGREDIENTS:
Classic Hummus:
♥ 1 cup of chickpeas
♥ 2 teaspoons tahini
♥ 2 tablespoons lemon juice
♥ 1 clove garlic
♥ 1/2 teaspoon salt
♥ 2-4 tablespoons ice-cold water
Beetroot Hummus:
♥ 1 cup of chickpeas
♥ 1 medium beetroot, cooked
♥ 1 teaspoons tahini
♥ 2 tablespoons lemon juice
♥ 1 clove garlic
♥ 1/2 teaspoon salt
♥ 2-4 tablespoons ice-cold water
Pumpkin Hummus:
♥ 1 cup of chickpeas
♥ 1/2 small pumpkin, roasted with olive oil and salt, at 180°C until soft
♥ 1 teaspoons tahini
♥ 2 tablespoons lemon juice
♥ 1 clove garlic
♥ 1/2 teaspoon salt
♥ 1/2 cumin powder
♥ 1/2 curcuma powder
♥ 1 tablespoon maple syrup
♥ 2-4 tablespoons ice-cold water

1. To make each hummus, simply blend all the ingredients together until smooth. Start by adding 2 tablespoons of water and add more if needed.
2. Decorate with some chickpeas, olive oil, paprika or cumin powder, roasted sesame seeds, and/or coriander leaves ♥
