Asparagus Quiche with Gorgonzola (VIDEO)
When I think of spring, one of the first things that come to my mind is Asparagus! It is one of my favorite vegetables and therefore when the season arrives I get creative to have it as often as possible. Today, I am sharing with you a recipe for my delicious Asparagus and Gorgonzola tart. It is a must try for all cheese lovers! It is great for dinner or brunch. Delicious both warm, straight from the oven and as a cold snack.

INGREDIENTS:
♥ a bundle of asparagus
♥ 150g gorgonzola
♥ 5 eggs
♥ 1 cup (225ml) cream (30% fat)
♥ 1/2 teaspoon salt
For the crust:
* My baking dish is 30cm of diameter and 4cm tall
♥ 200g all-purpose flour
♥ 100g butter, cold
♥ 1 egg yolk
♥ 5-7 tablespoons cold water
♥ 1/2 teaspoon salt
