Fried apples are one of my mom’s specialties. They are soft and sweet inside and crispy outside. I love them with melted butter and sprinkled with cinnamon. It’s a perfect way to celebrate a weekend morning! [facebooklike] For 2-3 portions: ♥  2-3 apples ♥  200g

And here is another tasty souvenir from my childhood in Poland! In Polish, Gołąbki means “pigeons”. These are cooked Cabbage rolls filled with beef and rice. They go the best with a tomato sauce. Even though it might seems difficult to do it for the first time it is
