Pudding with Rum and Chocolate flakes (like German Herrencreme)
This version of pudding is the favorite one of my boyfriend. It reminds him of the German Herrencreme. It is sweet and creamy but at the same time relatively light!
I also like its another version: the vanilla pudding.
Prepration time: 10-15min.

For 2 portions:
♥ 500mL of milk
♥ 2 spoons of potato starch
♥ 2 egg yellows
♥ 1,5 spoon of homemade vanilla sugar (or normal sugar)
♥ 3 teaspoons Rum (or to taste 😉 )
♥ grated chocolate (of your choice, it might be dark or milk chocolate)
1. In a bowl mix the milk with sugar and potato starch. Then integrate the egg yellows.
2. Pour the mix into a hot sauce pan (I like to do it in my Teflon Wok because afterwards it is easier to wash 😉 ). Bring to the boil on medium heat while stirring all the time. As soon as it gets hot it will thicken.
3. Put the pan off the heating stove and add Rum and chocolate.
