Fried Camembert Cheese with Jam
A hot creamy cheese with crunchy breading and acidulous jam. Interestingly, even though Camembert is a French cheese this dish isn’t really popular in France. Both Polish and Germans love it!

For 2 portions you need:
♥ Camembert, 2 portions
♥ Bread crumbs
♥ 1 egg
♥ 1 tablespoons milk
♥ Jam (cranberry or raspberry)
♥ Oil (e.g. rapeseed)
1. Whisk the egg with the milk.
2. Coat the cheese in the egg mixture and then in the bread crumbs.
3. Fry in a medium hot oil. Around 2min on each side. The bread crumbs should turn golden-brown. If the cheese you use is tall, you might also fry it on the sides a little bit
4. Serve directly while the cheese is still very hot and creamy. I like it the most with cranberry or raspberry jam. Enjoy! ♥
