Dill Pickles – How and Why to Pickle (lacto-fermentation)
Being Polish I grew up eating sauerkraut and fermented cucumbers but once I moved abroad (almost 15 years ago!) I totally forgot how great they are! Last month however, my Polish Grandma came with a visit and she taught me how to pickle (lacto-ferment) veggies at home. It is SUPER EASY!!! And the list of heath benefits coming from eating fermented veggies is long!
