Stir-fried Chinese Noodles with Bean Sprouts

Very savory side dish that will be perfect for your Chinese woks!
We love them with the Green Chinese Wok.

Stir fried noodles:
  500g chinese egg noodles
  5 spoons of soy sauce
  Sesame oil
 250g bean sprouts

1. Cook the noodles following instructions on the package. If you use fresh noodles it takes really only a moment in the boiling water (2-3min).
2. Heat the sesame oil in a wok (or in a large frying pan). Strain the noodles & directly transfer them into the wok. Fry them while stirring all the time.
3. When noodles are fried (they should get golden) add the soy sauce and mix it.
4. At the end add the bean sprouts, mix it and cover with a lid. Immediately, remove from the heat. The noodles are ready to serve after 3min. Enjoy
