Beef Meatballs with Tomato Sauce

Beef Meatballs with Tomato Sauce

This dish is especially beloved by my male friends. These Meatballs made with cheese and onions are cooked in the tomato sauce. They are soft and full of taste! Can be  with mashed potatoes. 🙂

4. Put the meatballs to the fridge while preparing the sauce. Cut onions and fry them on a little bit of olive oil (so they get just a bit softer).

5. Open cans with tomatoes. Blend it until there is no lambs. Then add them to the onions and cook for 5min while stirring all the time.

6. Mix cornstarch with cold milk and add it to the sauce. Cook for another 5min. (while stirring all the time).

7. Now you can put meatballs in. Cook it on a lower heat for 20-25min. If the sauce is not covering them completely thing about turning them once after 10min of cooking.

8. My favorite way to serve it is the Polish way with mashed potatoes! But it is also delicious with pasta.
