Another little treat for chocolate addicts! These cookies will definitively satisfy your chocolate lust. 😀 I love them the most served still hot, when the chocolate is creamy 😛

For around 8 cookies:
♥ 60g dark chocolate (70% cocoa)
♥ 75g flour
♥ 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
♥ pinch of salt
♥ 60g soft butter (at room temperature)
♥ 30g brown sugar
♥ 1 small egg
♥ 100g dark and white chocolate in pieces
♥ 1 spoon of icing sugar for frosting (optional)
1. Preheat the oven to 180’C. Prepare a mix of dry ingredients: add flour, baking soda and a pinch of salt into a big bowl.
2. In another bowl mix butter with sugar. Then add melted chocolate (60g).
3. Add the egg and mix it well. When the egg is well integrated add dry ingredients.
4. Cut white and dark chocolate in little pieces.
5. Add it to the cookie dough. Stir it well.
6. Take 1 spoon of the cookie dough and form a ball. You can coat it in icing sugar (but you don’t have to).
7. Place the cookie balls on the baking paper (leave a gap of a few centimeters between them – they will grow!)
8. Bake at 180’C for 10min. Leave them rest to cool down a bit before serving. 😉
Enjoy!
