French Tart with Figs & Goat Cheese
Simple and delicious! If you have some Puff pastry in your freezer it is also quick to prepare!

For a little tart (20-25cm in diameter) you will need:
♥ Puff pastry (recipe here; you can also buy it in a supermarket)
♥ 2 tablespoons honey
♥ 1 tablespoon olive oil
♥ 1,5 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
♥ pinch of herbes de provence (thyme, basil etc.)
♥ 4-5 fresh Figs
♥ 2-3 thin slices bacon
♥ few slices goat cheese
1. Mix honey, olive oil & vinegar. Smear it on the puff pastry dough.
2. Now put on the cheese, figs and bacon. Sprinkle with herbes de provence.
3. Bake it at 180’C for around 30min. The cheese should melt a bit andbecome golden. Enjoy 🙂
