This light and healthy dip can replace mayonnaise or other heavier sauces. It goes really well with pizza, fried and fresh vegetables. It is really simple to prepare and as it’s home made you know exactly what is inside it!
For 1 little bowl of dip:
♥ 125g of natural yogurt (no sugar added)
♥ 2 small (or 1 big) clove of garlic
♥ 1 spoon of soy sauce (it is already salty so you don’t have to put any additional salt)
♥ Pinch of pepper
Mix the yogurt with crushed garlic, 1 teaspoon of soy sauce and pinch of pepper. Stir everything together. And it’s ready. ♥
